I usually buy large bags, but I bought these for my child who lives separately and cooks for themselves. I think the smaller portions will be easier for someone living alone to use.

You can’t have an Okonomiyaki without bonito flakes!
I used the leftover takoyaki topping, boiled the soy sauce, and added it to the marinade for marinated salmon and eggs. The marinade tasted even better than when I went through the trouble of grilling the green onions. It's nice that it's individually packaged.
Buying two is a good deal. I'll order again if I like it.
