I bought this as a side dish for the Jiro ramen I bought here before. It was delicious!
I brought back a lot of different kinds of Japanese ramen, so of course I had to have some delicious char siu.
It tastes especially good when you put it in when cooking ramen.
Add a few slices when making ramen, and it's no different from what you get at a ramen shop.

Too expensive. Very small portion. But taste pretty good.

I've bought it many times. It's easy to use.
Serves 2-3. Soft and delicious. It's more expensive than the char siu block, but I prefer this. It's $10 more expensive, but I guess that's ok...
It was really good, finally found chashu meat for our favorite ramen. My son rate it as 10/10.
Pretty good size, excited to use with ramen
I wish I have the time and patience to make my own chasu for noodles. But this one is really tasty and tender. We like it, and we’ve ordered it a couple of times. Wish the prices go down, and at least put more slices in a pack!

I had high expectations because of the good reviews, but I was disappointed because about 1/3 of the steps were tough. I don't think I'll buy it again.
