The goods are in good condition and have not defrosted.
It smelled so bad that even after scrubbing it twice with coarse salt and rinsing it with water, it still smelled, and it was tough, perhaps because it wasn't baked enough. I think I need to scrub it thoroughly with flour and bake it until crispy.
It's a pretty big bag, perfect for making braised pork intestines
Not bad. Turn it over and quickly remove any debris and lymph nodes (very few). Add salt and flour and rub it in. After rinsing, soak it in vinegar and pepper for about 10 minutes. How about that? Clean, right? The smell isn't too strong either.
Even though I know it's troublesome, I can't resist giving it a try!
It doesn't smell bad at all. I've repurchased it twice.

After removing the grease, this is what's left after braising.
