It was easy to make the hotpot. Since there was a lot of broth left over for two people, we divided the broth and made two different dishes with noodles and rice. It was not as heavy as I expected and was easy to eat, but I personally didn't think it tasted that special.

Really tasty hot pot base. It’s a little fattier than the other ones Ive tried from Daisho so I stuck to mostly veggies and tofu! It’s an already prepared hotpot base so if you add water it will be bland- just boil the base and add your ingredients.
Rich flavor, not too salty, delicious
Nice flavor with a hint of spice. Added a cup of water to mix to provide more broth.
This is my favorite among all the dishes in Ippudo. It is slightly spicy and tastes great when cooked in hotpot.

Ippudo’s instant Tonkotsu Ramen is very good. I tried Shiro Maru pork broth this time, and I liked it! I will add pork Chashu next time!
