Quaker 5-Red Mixed Instant Oatmeal
I wanted to try it immediately so i mixed a small amount with hot water. There are small bits of goji in it, which are sweet and tasty. The flavor of this one is a lot more earthy than the black one, which has the nutty flavor of black sesame. It almost tastes like they added beetroot powder (maybe they did, for the color). I cannot really taste the red date in this. I think I like the black one more, but this one is also very good and I think it will grow on me as I eat it. It is nourishing and healthy. The color is bright and beautiful.
