Excellent quality! I made a garlic-butter sauté with the crab sticks, some chopped green onion, and just a bit of salt & pepper and served it over a bed of fresh salad greens. I topped it with some sweet soy sauce and some lemon. I'm going to have so much fun cooking with these!

It's really good in miso soup!
The texture and the taste are closer to an actual crab leg than they are to imitation crab. Depending on what you would consider a portion, I could see this being one portion size. I personally thought that it was a decent portion size, given the quality versus how much it cost. & I say that because some people in here were saying it’s a small portion size.
