This is the first time I've seen salty dried yellow croaker. It's fragrant and clean, and there are many ways to cook it. Steaming, stir-frying dried yellow croaker with edamame, and braising dried yellow croaker with pork belly are all delicious dishes...

A small one looks pretty good
I absolutely love this! When you're steaming it, add scallions and ginger, and definitely add Shaoxing wine, not cooking wine, otherwise it won't taste good. Just steam it in the pot and it's absolutely delicious!
I've bought these salted daylily buds countless times. They're not too salty, and steaming them with some lean meat or pork belly is so appetizing!

Unlike the yellow croakers from Saturday brand., this brand only gives you half of the fish per piece. Expensive, plus difficult to thaw individually.
