I've lost count of how many times I've repurchased this radish cake! Making radish cake at home takes a lot of time, and I used to think that the radish cakes I bought outside didn't taste quite right. But I didn't expect that the radish cake from Shin Tung Yang would taste so good, be so fragrant, and be so easy to cook. I just use an air fryer and it only takes 7 minutes!
Add an egg, fry it, and it'll be super delicious!

Super delicious radish cake! The aroma is amazing! Just cut it into small pieces, dip them in oil, and air fry for 7 minutes! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a strong radish flavor, every little piece is fragrant~ The portion is also very generous, enough to share as a snack for 5 meals!
