Zuming Xiaojinpao is the most tender type of fried tofu, and freezing it doesn't affect its texture.

I bought this as a topping for laksa, and it tastes great with a good texture even after soaking up the broth. Since it is small, it is good to put directly into the soup without having to cut it.
Haven’t tried it yet but well packaged & states no preservatives.
Fill them with ground pork and simply boil with light seasoning. Delicious.
