very good tasty sauce
I used this Honey Sriracha Sauce on a Korean-style rice bowl with cucumber strips, kimchi, fried egg, and sliced beef, and it added the perfect sweet-spicy kick. I like it because it gives the bowl more flavor without needing to mix a separate sauce from scratch. Compared with regular hot sauce, this one has a little sweetness from the honey, so it balances really well with the kimchi and beef.
I mixed this Honey Sriracha Sauce with mayo for a creamy sauce on my salmon poke bowl with avocado and seaweed, and it was really good. The sauce adds sweetness, heat, and a little tang, while the mayo makes it smooth and rich. I like using it this way because it turns a simple poke bowl into something more flavorful and restaurant-style without much effort. So good I would say 12 out of 10.
