Stir-fried udon noodles with seasoning are delicious; if you prefer it saltier, you can add a little soy sauce.

The udon soup base seemed a bit salty. I suggest adding a little boiling water instead of just adding the udon noodles; it will taste better and less salty.

This sauce alone wasn't very flavorful, so I added tuna extract, hondashi, soy sauce, sugar, and the taste turned out great. Of course, wasabi, grated radish, and green onions are essential.

I bought some bonito soy sauce and planned to try making soft-boiled eggs. You can also add a little bit to fish dishes and braised tofu to make the food more delicious.
It also goes well with Korean food or fried rice.
This “Mentsuyu” was only one not containing corn syrup at Weee when I ordered. I made asparagus and tomato “Ni-Bitashi”.
