Sometimes I eat Hayashi rice on its own. But it's also delicious when you add sliced mushrooms, red wine, and Hayashi rice mix to make a steak sauce.

Hayashi Rice is good when stir-fried with beef.
It tastes great even with just beef and onions. It has a mild and tender flavor, so even kids eat it well.
