I made a garlic sauté of mushrooms using maitake, shimeji, king oyster mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms. You can eat it as a side dish as is, or use it in various ways such as adding it to omelets, pasta, or curry.
I wish maitake mushrooms were a little cheaper.
