The Hawaiian longans just arrived, and I'm a little disappointed. They seem to have been sitting for many days; the shells have turned black. I peeled one and ate two They can't be kept any longer, I need to eat them as soon as possible.
I got 2 bags of longan and it’s okay but kind of dried and not as sweet as expected this time
Unfortunately, the longan was a huge letdown. Most of the fruit was spoiled, overly soft, and soggy. It didn’t appear fresh and seemed like it had been frozen before being sold, which left the texture mushy and unpleasant. A large portion was not edible, so most of it ended up in the trash. I was expecting fresh, good-quality fruit and was very disappointed with what I received. I won’t be purchasing the longan again unless the quality and freshness improve.

I was disappointed when I received the box. The color is significantly darker than shown in the pictures and makes it looks very old. It does not the same as advertised

Longan was sweet but not too fresh.
Upon opening the box after receiving the goods, there was a faint musty smell, and some of the longans already had very small white mold spots (about the size of sesame seeds); some were also shriveled and soft. After eating about two pounds, the longans had dried out and weren't as sweet as the fresh ones I bought before, which was a pity.

Today's longan wasn't fresh. It was damp and discolored (brown-black). The flesh was large and round, and it didn't have much of a longan flavor. It's best to see it in person at the supermarket before buying it. That's my personal opinion.
