These frozen oysters are probably the best I've ever had.

The frozen oysters from Korea tastes much better than jar oysters in local grocery. It's also more versatile to always have on hand in the freezer for seafood soft tofu soup (해물 순두부찌개), panko fried oysters, seafood pancake (해물파전) or even throw a few in ramen.

After removing some foam in boiling the frozen oyster, I added tofu, green onion, and egg to make a soup. This 8 oz bag is plenty for 1 person but a little short for sharing between 2 people. Tasted good, and no other odor found.

I made deep-fried oysters. So delicious! Just mix a little Old Bay and garlic powder seasoning with breadcrumbs and Panko, dip in remoulade sauce and you’re good to go! I will buy again.
