This was my first time trying Harbin red sausage, and it wasn't particularly amazing (I wonder if I've been brainwashed by the exaggerated reviews online). Fortunately, the meat was of decent quality and fresh; you could even see the sizzling, oily bits of meat.
Each one is quite a large portion, but it tastes more like a starch sausage, and the seasoning is also similar.
I bought it on sale to try it out; if it's good, I'll buy it again.
