Good quality
The top set, steamed and then air-dried for a day, tastes the same as Harbin red sausage. The bottom set can be eaten directly; it tastes good too.
The garlic flavor wasn't strong, but it was still a crispy sausage. Still delicious!

It has a slightly chewy texture, not powdery, making it a convenient everyday food to keep at home. Those who like Northeastern-style sausages should definitely give it a try; the taste brings back memories of the red sausages I ate as a child.
