It's been a long time since I last ate Vietnamese braised offal, ever since I moved to the US. The braised offal was decent, with a slightly strong (curry-like) flavor and a rich coconut milk taste. Overall, it had a sweet undertone. The braised meat was tasty and savory, but for me, it was a bit too fatty. Adding some Vietnamese coriander helped balance it out. A plus is that this brand provides a generous amount of broth, so you can dip bread in it or eat it with instant noodles without any problems.

The braised offal is delicious, but it's 10000% not authentic to the traditional Saigon style, or at least not authentically Saigon-style. It smells like curry, but overall it's good enough to satisfy a craving.

I found the potatoes and carrots a little bitter, but the rest was quite good. There's plenty of broth, enough for dipping bread. Adding chili balances the flavors.
Reheat or defrost and eat immediately, very delicious.
The beef la gu is delicious, everyone has full toppings I hope wee imports more fake dog meat and lemongrass chili pork from this hangsfood brand
