it was my first time trying dhokla and an experience it was! i enjoy the flavor a lot, and the texture of the chickpea cake initially took some getting used to as i am not used to it (like wet bread) but as they sat they became perfect. the dhokla is so light and has a really pleasant, balanced flavor, & i will definitely try them again ^_^
