Great! Nice, large pieces of kombu. You can use them to make dashi stock. It's a bit easier to make dashi from kombu when you soak the kombu in water for maybe half an hour before making stock.

It's a large bag with over ten individually wrapped packets. The only downside is the short shelf life, only about a month and a half. One bag is fine for a quick snack, but not suitable for stocking up. The taste is okay.
