Mochi is soft and chewy. The left side is red bean paste filling, the right is supposed to be matcha. Love the red bean paste. Matcha one doesn’t really taste like matcha, it just tastes sweet. Still good though. Would probably reorder, or just get the red bean one.

This is the best matcha ice cream I've had in the US so far, but the texture is a bit grainy. Maybe it melted on the way here?
Buy it again, freeze it, and eat it slowly.
