I made stir-fried chives and tofu strips, a favorite of my husband's. I wrapped the remaining half slightly in kitchen paper towels and put it in a freezer bag to refrigerate for future chive pancakes.

I received a bunch of Northeastern scallions, including two super large and long ones! The scallions were firm and showed no signs of softening or wilting! I cut one open and could clearly see that the white part was very juicy, and the green part was a deep green, with the white and green parts clearly separated. I stir-fried it with crayfish . I wrapped the remaining scallions in kitchen paper and put them in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
