However, it's a bit diuretic, so I wake up to urinate several times in the middle of the night after drinking it. this barley water is by far the best ones i’ve tried recently. it’s got great flavor of both red bean and barley without the raw taste. and its sugar free with no added artificial flavor. this one for sure i’d buy again next time!
