The maple leaf duck is quite good; the meat is firm. It just takes a while to get the feathers down, but everything else is fine.
This duck is similar to the duck sold at Costco, but cheaper. Costco's is $21, but we have it for over $18.
The listing stated 4.5 lbs or more, but they only delivered 4 lbs.
Homemade braised duck tastes so much better than the ones you buy outside! Thumbs up!
