These are quite good. I like to heat mine in the air fryer for about 5 to 10 minutes. Turn over and heat to internal temperature above 160 F.

The pork lumpia Shanghai is a family and party favorite. For large servings, we cook them single layer (on a large baking tray) in the oven at 325F for 20-25 minutes and/or air fry smaller meal portions for 8-10 minutes at 370F (or until golden brown). A light spray of avocado or olive oil helps keep them from sticking to the baking tray or air fryer pan and adds a nice sheen of extra crispiness. Ma Ploy sweet chili dipping sauce is the go to perfect pairing. These are repeat orders.
