The outer skin is soft and chewy, the red bean paste filling is delicate and sweet, and then coated with a layer of soybean powder, making it chewy and fragrant with soybean flavor—it tastes great. But they're really big; one is quite filling, and one was basically enough for me. For first-time buyers, I suggest cooking one per person first. Don't cook the amount of small glutinous rice balls, otherwise you really won't be able to finish them!
