I was amazed to find gluten-free battered fish here! To reach a safe internal temperature, assuming one cooks them directly from the freezer, the cooking time will definitely take longer than 8 minutes for each side: I have found the most success with 10-12 minutes for each side. I like having them with French fries (chips) for the fish and chips experience!
