Jelly is refreshing and tastes similar to Thai sweet soup in Vietnam.

this was actually surprisingly easy to make. no English instructions but was able to understand from Google translating the instructions in the back. Mix whole bag of powder with cold water and mix; add boiling water and mix; boil on stovetop and let cool before pouring into your container of choice. I let my jelly cool overnight and it turned out great! It was already sweet, maybe too sweet, so I didn’t add additional sweetener.
