Mix the vermicelli, wood ear mushrooms, a little good fish sauce, MSG, and pepper together, mix well until chewy, then steam in a rice cooker until cooked. It's delicious, I'll buy it again.

I use minced pork to make fried fermented pork rolls (nem chua rán) which are absolutely delicious when eaten with vermicelli and fermented shrimp paste.

These fried dough sticks are delicious, clean, and hygienic. They only need to be cooked in an air fryer for a few minutes to be very tasty. They make a great breakfast or late-night snack with soy milk.
I make the ground pork porridge and eat with crispy Chinese bread . This bread is one of my favorite because it’s not oily.
The flavor is great! I used the air fryer instead of refrying. The texture could be a a bit more fluffier.
