The mold used to make bun rieu (Vietnamese crab noodle soup) is delicious!

I use minced pork to make fried fermented pork rolls (nem chua rán) which are absolutely delicious when eaten with vermicelli and fermented shrimp paste.

It was really delicious! The flavor and taste were perfectly balanced, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and tasty it was even though it was frozen. It tasted much better than I expected and was really enjoyable!
Compared to the authentic Hue-style pork sausage in Vietnam, I'd give it about a 5/10.
The packaging is friendly and beautiful. I haven't tasted it yet, so I don't know the flavor.
