It's delicious! The chickens sold here are usually too big, so they get dry when made into samgyetang, but since this one uses a small chicken, it stays moist. I think it would be even better if you added some glutinous rice or scorched rice to the leftover broth and boiled it again.

Package says keep at room temp not frozen like Harim brand. Smelled great. Tastes good too. Bones fall right out. I bought it right away since it was a new product, and this Nurungji Samgyetang is even more savory and delicious than the original. I added extra ingredients for the samgyetang broth, and just in case there wasn't enough scorched rice, I covered it with some I had at home and simmered the broth longer. After it was all cooked, I cut it open and wow~ it was packed with scorched rice. I really enjoyed it. I would definitely repurchase it if it goes on sale again
