Ginkgo nuts are poisonous and should not be eaten in large quantities; this pack should last a long time.
I'm so glad I bought this! It's ready to use without any processing, clean and odorless, and there's a huge amount, about 100 pieces. Some are a little bitter, but it's tolerable. Just add a lot when you cook it, and you won't spit out the bitterness!

Affordable, a lot of ginkgo nuts in a pack! Will purchase again! The vacuum pack did damage some of the ginkgo.
