I felt the fish sauce flavor was stronger than the lemongrass flavor. I was hoping to find the taste of pork rib rice from a Vietnamese pho restaurant, but I couldn't. It would probably be better if it didn't have such a strong fish sauce flavor; the fish sauce taste is extremely overpowering.

Love this one . So easy to have ready. It’s good for about 1.5 lbs of meat. Let it sit in the fridge overnight for best flavoring.
