I was craving braised stuffed gluten puffs, and I saw they were selling them here, so I ordered one. There were 15 gluten puffs in the box, and I stuffed almost a pound of meat into them. The texture of these gluten puffs was okay, but they would be even better if they were a little thinner!
You can stuff fried gluten with meat or stir-fry it with vegetables.
After reading customer reviews, I decided to try this gluten. I hope it tastes good.
