The wontons arrived small, so thawing was unavoidable. I immediately divided them into smaller pieces and placed them in a separate dumpling container. Next time I cook frozen wontons, they won't be one big lump that falls apart easily. Delicious wontons!

It was cooked with mala tang (a type of spicy hot pot), and it smelled amazing!
