Repurchased twice. I prefer steaming over micorwaving. The banh bot loc was perfectly chewy with a vegetarian filling that had great umami depth. But let’s talk about the spicy dipping sauce packet that came with it! Its seriously addicting!! I wish they included more sauce in the packet!

I prefer hot pot, which is full of broth.
The first time I bought this tofu, it was so delicious and bursting with flavor, I bought another pack today!
Second time buying them!! Gone too quickly so got two of then this time.
Air-fried tofu tastes much better; it has that characteristic "creamy tofu" texture. The other half, cooked in hot pot, completely lacks that "creamy tofu" texture.

I bought this as a topping for laksa, and it tastes great with a good texture even after soaking up the broth. Since it is small, it is good to put directly into the soup without having to cut it.
Haven’t tried it yet but well packaged & states no preservatives.
Fill them with ground pork and simply boil with light seasoning. Delicious.

I like to add these tofu cubes to my husband's work lunches to add a little more texture and protein. They absorb the flavors very well in soups and when mixed with Japanese Curry like in this lunch container.
