The lean meat was pretty good, but the bottom was no longer rolled up and was sticking together a bit, perhaps due to slight thawing during transport.

Unlike some supermarkets that artificially color it, this one didn't have a fishy smell, and the fat-to-lean ratio was just right. After marinating, I divided it into portions for later use; it's very convenient to use whenever stir-frying vegetables.
The pre-cut meat strips are very convenient. I'll definitely repurchase this product. (Sharpie on one side serves as a scale.)
