These white shrimp are fresh, tasty, and have a nice firm texture. They cook quickly and stay tender and juicy. We love shrimp, but the shrimp in this box are all different sizes, quite uneven, unlike what we usually buy. I don't know if I bought the wrong kind or if the quality has deteriorated. However, the freshness seems okay. They're packaged in several small bags, so we can easily make braised, tomato-sauce-based, salt and pepper-based, or stir-fried shrimp anytime.
