Was hesitant about ordering these but I’m glad I did. The flavor was mildly sweet and not bitter. The texture was firm. Of course this is not as good as the ones you get at the sushi bar. The pieces are smaller. It’s less creamy. But it was still good and you get a lot. I ordered a chirashi bowl from my local place to eat with the uni because I wanted sushi rice. It was so good and was enough for two meals.
I made sea urchin pasta and it was really delicious. The sea urchin was tender and had no fishy smell, so I absolutely loved it.
