I bought this after seeing other people's reviews that said it looked delicious. It arrived a little thawed, but since it's already like this, I'm going to let it thaw naturally and eat it tomorrow morning. It says it's for 3-4 people, but you can eat it all by yourself. Haha, I think it would be good for two people to share so you won't feel like you're missing out :)

Stir-fried wild baby octopus, a dish that goes perfectly with rice.
The package I received was huge, clean and hygienic. It tastes perfect for making soup and snacks.
Large size, delicious
Bring water to a boil and simmer until bubbling. Add the cleaned octopus and bring to a boil over medium-low heat. After three minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit for another five minutes until the octopus is cooked. Then soak it in cold boiled water. Remove it from the water and cook with green and red bell peppers (about the same size as the octopus). Mix in scallions, ginger, garlic, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. It tastes even better chilled.

this is so convenient to cook since it is already de-beaked. i thawed overnight and simmered it for around 25 minutes, it’s mildly chewy but not rubbery. would purchase again even full priced since it is so convenient.
