I made the traditional Filipino dish out this little shrimp called okoy. It turns out very crispy. Added some shredded red onions , cornstarch and baking soda, minced garlic , shredded carrots. You can add some veggies which ever you like.

I'd never bought anything like this before, so I didn't dare buy much, but it turned out to be exactly what I wanted! I regret not buying more next time!!!!
