One fish cake is quite filling, and it's not fishy at all, quite fresh. Just blanch it in boiling water for a few seconds.

Since there is a lot, I portion out the leftovers after making tteokbokki. It is convenient to divide them into portions of three or four sheets at a time and freeze them in advance.

This is my go-to oden, and I've repurchased it many times. I like this smaller one because it contains hanpen (fish cake). Hanpen can be mixed with ground meat to make fish balls, and other processed fish products can be grilled and used as a side dish, so there are many ways to use them. I especially like the corn-flavored processed fish product; it's delicious.
