I was impressed with how easy it is to prepare and use, just wash gently then warm over an open flame. I lined my pan with banana leaves before pouring my batter in. The leaves gave my bibingka that signature look and nostalgic taste. You can’t get that by using wax paper LOL. Will buy again!
