I’m waiting for these to ripen. I can already tell they are going to be delicious. The beauty of these bananas is that once they start turning yellow they are ready to eat. They are wonderfully tart.
It ripened a bit too much, so it doesn't look great on the outside, but it tastes good. It tastes a little different from regular bananas.
