The bean curd buns are of excellent quality; you can taste the bean flavor, and the texture is smooth and delicate! The packaging is also very convenient; each pack contains 10 buns, with two buns separated by a plastic bag. This makes it easy to know how much to use if you're thawing a small amount (but I only discovered this advantage after thawing all the buns and opening the package the first time I bought them!). The thickness of the buns is as shown in the packaging image—not extra thick, but this thickness is perfect for braising or stir-frying vegetables, resulting in a smooth and delicious texture! It's great for buying in bulk and stocking up.
