Fresh jute leaves.
I bought it for the first time. I removed the leaves, blanched it, and ate it with ponzu sauce and bonito flakes. It was well-received!

This is my first time trying this vegetable, and it's delicious! The texture is similar to spinach. There were practically no yellow leaves in the package.
The saluyot is not good and can’t be cooked.

It's very fresh and delicious. I separated the leaves and stems, boiled them for about 2 minutes, cooled them in cold water, then finely chopped them and mixed them with mentsuyu (noodle dipping sauce) and bonito flakes. The sticky texture goes well with rice, tofu, and somen noodles.
