I bought these peanuts in their shells a few months ago. I soaked them in water for a long time to remove the mud, then steamed them. I eat a small handful every day, which is quite good.

The red-skinned peanuts are very fresh, probably new peanuts. They are large and very fragrant, quite good.
I like to eat these peanuts; you can't buy them in foreign supermarkets.
These are not really suitable to eat as a snack unless you roast them. for the price and the amount that you get though it's an excellent deal. I mainly got these to add two dishes like peanut butter noodles or kung pao chicken.
