The raw eel was very fresh and delicious. It was just a matter of air-frying it and then rubbing it with salt. However, due to the recent hot weather, it was a little thawed when it arrived at my door. Considering the issue of keeping it cold, I might wait until the weather is cooler before ordering again.
I had it grilled with salt, and no seasoning needed. It was seriously delicious.

This eel fillet is great. It is bigger than those other saused unagi but still not enough for 2 ppl.
Although the price is relatively high, it is very delicious. It is only lightly seasoned with salt koji and sesame oil, and can be enjoyed quickly in an air fryer. It is fresher and more refreshing than pre-cooked kabayaki.
I pan-fried it until golden brown and ate it as salt-grilled meat; it was so delicious that I am leaving a review.

I microwaved this and made a super simple eel rice bowl at home by adding eggs and avocado, and it tasted better than the eel rice bowl I ate in Japan lol. It was also quite big, so I split it into two meals.

Microwave for 2 minutes, it's delicious , I'd buy more!
2nd purchase I added more sauce to the bbq unagi after it has been baked for 20 minutes. It’s still taste the same next time I prefer the one with slight sauce. And will be on the side instead. I will still stock up with this biz unagi eel. There were bit of pieces of fish bones but this is the best brand for this so far.
