One of the best fish cakes I’ve tried. I made kimchi udon with a dried anchovy-based broth, typical Korean-style udon. The texture of the fish cakes is amazing, and every time you bite into a piece of cuttlefish, you get an explosion of umami in your mouth. Def getting more.
This is my second purchase; it's because I really miss the taste of Taiwan.
