Huge chestnuts!
Before cooking I washed the chestnuts whether they were good quality or not. Warm-eaten chestnuts would float at the top of the water and good ones would sink to the bottom of the bowl. At least one third of the chestnuts were floating and I had to toss them out. It was disappointment experience.

This is my first time buying these chestnuts, I hope they taste good.
Super sweet and peel easily. 10 min in the airfry at 395F. They can crack on their own but some still pop so better to cut a small slit on the top of the chestnut before cooking them in the airfry.
